Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting operations, including billing, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare and publish timely financial statements and reports
- Coordinate and direct budget preparation and financial forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting principles
- Manage and develop the accounting team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls and processes
- Collaborate with senior management on financial planning and strategy
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in accounting or a similar role (Women are preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
